Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Develop and enforce performance policies, define rules, and use process modeling (BPMN or similar) to standardize and improve workflows.
  • Performance Measurement: Translate strategy into measurable outcomes by creating and maintaining strategy documents plans and reports.
  • Performance Culture: Embed a culture of accountability and results through communication, alignment of objectives, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and lead structured initiatives that elevate both efficiency and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders through business analysis, bridging organizational needs with clear processes and performance structures.

Job specifications and criteria:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in OD/ performance management, process improvement, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding to process modeling, data interpretation, and performance reporting.
  • Certificate in TQM, Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Organization Development is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent ability to work cross-functionally, aligning diverse teams around shared goals.
  • Driven by continuous learning and committed to fostering a performance-oriented culture
