For Time and Content Management Department
Plans Content Management Function and Ensures its Effectiveness Through:
• Aligns and Identify All Department Reports Along With their Qualitative and Quantitative Criteria, Design Content plan Into SharePoint Feature, Conjunction with Deputy Group IT Manager and SharePoint Admin, and Publishes the content tool to all Concerned Stakeholder users and orients Users on the best way to utilize the tool.
• Agrees with Department Managers on Due-Dates for Uploading the Previous Agreed Content with the agreed criteria. Regarding Departmental Disciplines agreed by concerned parties In addition to verifying the agreed reports and Due dates must be done by the concerned parties
Ensures its Effectiveness of Time Management Through:
• Arrange meetings for each Department and managerial level to discuss the meeting plan weekly / monthly and set clear Prioritization of meetings plan according to criticality and then update the plan through Change requests in which meeting plan to meet business objectives and focus points.
• Establish the best way to monitor the cycle of meeting preparation and meeting outcomes to guarantee the efficacy of meeting plan and prioritize meetings while following up Dashboard compliance in order to ensure data completion & accuracy.
For Strategy Management Office
• Achieve focus at the strategic level by highlighting and clarifying all areas of defect, achieve the vision of the organization by cascading down into departmental objectives while linking the strategy map and monthly achievement and cascading into partial achievement, ensuring alignment by continuous high-quality communication between all stakeholders and finally give direction to the team to enhance productivity per specialty to achieve momentum and focus.
• Create Strategic Objectives and Cascading Strategic Objectives on weekly/ monthly operations in addition to creating an objective list linked with financial targets and project lists for each objective.
