Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Monitoring Responsibilities :
  • Ensure that all organizational activities are aligned with the overall strategy.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards strategic objectives.
  • Conduct scenario analysis to anticipate potential future trends and their impact on the organization's strategy.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks that could hinder the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Monitor progress towards strategic objectives and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of the organization's strategy.
  • Make necessary adjustments to the strategy based on changing circumstances or performance data.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategic progress and performance.
  • Operational Excellence Process :
  • Identify and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational change efforts to support strategic transformation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Research and implement industry best practices in strategic management.
  •  Facilitate collaboration across departments and functions to support strategic goals.

Requirements :

• Experience : 4 to 5 Years’

• Structure and functions Scope : Non-Medical (HR, Finance , Internal Audit and PMB )

• PMP Certified (preferable)

• Education Background: Business Administration (Finance or HR )

• Experience Background: HR Experience or Finance Experience (or PMB)
