Responsibilities

Education:

Bachelor degree in any relevant field preferable in Psychology, fine arts, media, press

Experience:

3-4 Years’ experience preferably in employer branding / internal communications / customer service

Requirements :

  • Supports in creating/ offering programs that encourages employee engagement and provide opportunities for growth and culture development.
  • Create, drive and implement culture and engagement initiatives which help deliver the Spirit of Andalusia so employees can be empowered to do their best work.
  • Identify and utilize tools designed to improve the relationship between Employer and Employee.

Planning & Monitoring Process

Operational Excellence Process

  • Creating surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale, and distributing them to employees through various channels such as email, phone call prompts, or paper surveys.
  • Reviewing and analyzing survey results and helping management create action plans based on their findings.
  • Reviewing exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.
  • Conducts rounds across the hospitals to orient employees about heroes’ engagement services.
  • Delivers a conclusion that includes attributes analysis for complaints in order to take action to promote for culture development.
  • Creates Heroes’ Engagement Committee with BU Operation Management and in the presence of HR Management in order to take discuss the Heroes Engagement conclusion and agree on decisions for increasing employee engagement rate.
  • Follow up on Marketing and production teams to finalize and post pictures, videos and activities on Andalusia Social Media Channels.
  • Follow up posting heroes engagement activities, events and values on SharePoint.

Employee Satisfaction Process:

  • Determining best ways to engage employees, such as through contests or recognition programs.
  • Maintain relationship with internal customers across each area of the business to create integration and alignment.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect Employee Satisfaction and engagement.
