Responsibilities

  • Establish guidelines for assessment frameworks, tools, and processes, design appropriate interventions and scoring guides, and evaluate and report results However, Provides Psychological and Mental Wellbeing counselling for employees across the organization and works on promoting openness for such service.
  • Facilitates the selection of the best culture fit and competent Management Candidates by directing the activities of the assessment centers by assessing the mental health and personality traits of the candidates through different tools.
  • Oversees the performance of assigned personnel; assesses team and individual skills, identifies development needs, and provides feedback and support to improve practice, build capacity, and maximize talent pool in alignment with the related parties.
  • Responsible for Establishing and, effectively, managing the Assessment and Development Centers to support talent acquisition & development.
  • Provides Psychological and mental well-being counseling for employees across the organization and works on promoting openness for such service.

  • Supports building the capabilities of internal assessors to effectively support assessment & and development center activities.
  • Supports the Decision-making Process regarding Leadership Decisions & and critical positions.
  • Design and Communicate Career paths and succession plans for Different Functions & Leaders.
  • Oversees the Organization's Design and talent Pools across the Organization.

To be considered for this role you must have:


• (1-2) of years proven work experience

• An analytical approach to work

• High numeracy and sound technical skills

• Have a good knowledge of Excel

• Problem-solving skills and initiative

• Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others

• Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

• Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.

• Capacity to make quick but rational decisions
