Requirements:
Job Objective:
. Manage the monthly coordination of assigned visiting doctors, ensuring scheduling accuracy and operational readiness.
. Oversee and ensure timely completion of onboarding processes for new experts.
. Track and ensure visit confirmations, attendance, and follow-ups are accurately completed.
. Monitor system usage and maintain data accuracy in coordination-related records.
. Resolve coordination issues in a timely manner and escalate complex concerns as needed.
. Act as a liaison between doctors, departments, and patients to enhance service delivery.
. Monitor SOP compliance and promote adherence to internal guidelines.
. Collect and report on feedback from doctors and patients to assess satisfaction levels.
. Support the implementation of process improvements and training initiatives.
. Contribute to enhancing the specialty mix and clinical diversity of the visiting doctors’ portfolio.
