Event Executive Specialist main objectives lead the creation and execution of events programming and logistics, and work as part of a team connecting all programming to the broader strategic vision. As well he works as an integral part of the sales, marketing and executive teams while being accountable to event logistics and the strategic impact.
•Develop and execute event communications plan.
•Plan and manage all execution of logistics (e.g., facility selection, menu planning, transportation arrangements, and audio/visual equipment) for organization meetings and special events.
•Oversee the scheduled daily meetings to ensure that all information is accurate and communicated properly to all participating departments to ensure that every meeting and event runs smoothly.
•Follow up prior to the meeting to make sure all details have been properly communicated and executed.
•Execute on events that are part of the company’s strategy, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, networking events, dinners, roundtables, and sponsorships
•Identify speaking opportunities, details, and deadlines, and working with the Marketing and Communications teams to determine our speaking presence at various conferences
•Work & manage with the team members on the budget oriented for the event through creating cost sheets, review the revenues from the event, expenses paid such as locations, flights tickets for the visitors, marketing tools such as: (brochures, rollups, flyers, and materials provided within the event.).
•Focus on the events number of attendees & sponsorship for the events. •Creating time plan agenda for the conference.
•Prior communications before the events and conferences take place. •Handle invoicing and purchases for events.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field required.
Solid experience in managing big events.
Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years conference center experience
