I started in Andalusia Smouha Hospital 7 years ago, I saw that I have leadership skills, so I wanted to start the management path.Today, I’m an operation manager for admin and finance in Andalusia Smouha Hospital.Without the managers support I would never get this position.

In Andalusia, I became someone different from what I planned, I became better. I wanted to work in the Hospital`s pharmacy like any pharmacist, but in the interview I was offered with a different path a different career. After 9 years At Andalusia now I am the Group Quality Director !

At the start, I was impulsive and hasty but they bore me. I started as an HR supervisor in the dental centers, and after 13 years in Andalusia,Today I’m the administrator manager in Andalusia Hai Al-Jamea Hospital.
