Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring seamless accessibility of content by identifying forms and reports, designing SharePoint features that align with business requirements, and maintaining control over the availability of content according to the designated schedule. They will also be accountable for optimizing the effectiveness of meetings through the organization of structured plans for each meeting, enabling efficient decision-making and task assignment. Additionally, He She will oversee committees' management and evaluate their impact on the organization's goals and objectives

  • Plan Content Management Function and Ensures its Effectiveness Through:-
    Align and identify all department reports along with their qualitative and quantitative criteria,
    establishing clear guidelines for content management across the organization.
    -Verify the functionality of the developed SharePoint features to ensure that the intended objectives are achieved and that they meet the requirements of the content management process.
    -Seek confirmation from end-users regarding the usability and effectiveness of the features, gathering feedback to address any issues or improvements.
    -Publish the content tool to all concerned stakeholders, ensuring its accessibility and availability. Educate users on the best practices for utilizing the tool to effectively manage and access content.
    -Coordinate with department managers to agree on due dates for uploading previously agreed content with the established criteria, ensuring timely and compliant content management.

    -Develop a dashboard to track compliance with meeting plans at different levels.
    This dashboard will help monitor meetings that are conducted outside the designated distance, ensuring a 100% compliance rate in the system.
    -Generate reports on meeting plan compliance using meeting plan dashboards or the organization's meeting management system ( AEMS).

To be considered for this role you must have:


• (3-5) of years proven work experience.
