Case Management Supervisor

Develop and use deep insights of the business challenges and the characteristics of healthcare market while understanding our own company and its offerings to create consultation strategies and deliver solutions that lead to the achievement of business Goals.

1. Treatment Plan Management:

1.1 Plan for Number of Outbound calls will be conducted throughout daily Injection for Case Managers in alignment with Program Management Team.

1.2 Monitor Usage of agreed frameworks, policies and procedures that deliver effective prioritization and integration across people and process.

1.3 Monitor His/her Teams’ calls Conduction Process while assuring of not Give any Medications throughout their calls as they are not Medico legal Licensed to do so while they should support patients with relevant specialties referrals and Take Corrective Actions If Any.

2. Touchability:

2.1 Analyze call metrics by Forecasting call volumes and assure supporting Case Management teams by all relevant inputs to be used while accelerate ways of updating any schedules according to any cancelation/ Modification or short notice changes.

2.2 Analyze and decide what types of projects across all queues that have high Service level of touchability such as : (Treatment Plan Program, Wellness Programs, Regain Program, Internal Segmentation and Care Program)

2.3 Making sure that Patients’ database is correctly segmented before start data Utilization.

Education :

Bachelor degree in any discipline faculty of Medicine, pharmacy, vet.


Experience :

At least 4 years of experience in Call Center in medical industry.

Flourishes the process of health care remote services Including development and successful implementation of all medical Consultation Projects and managing Medical CRM Programs and treatment plans. The incumbent develops and enforces operating protocols and standards ensuring an effective, scalable Patients’ network.

He/ She is responsible for assuring the treatment plan in the right track and right CPGs used while communication with patients directly to facilitate booking process and answering of medical Concerns, inquiries throughout full medical consultation and awareness in different specialties.

Remote Medical CRM Supervisor main Responsibility is to increase patient retention rates, achieve high booking rates and number of leads in order to reach patient satisfaction through being fully aware of diagnosis-based plan, and offer medical services that match each patient need.

He/she Is Responsible Of Training Assurance for Case Management Team according to the leads scripts assigned Across All Required Programs Such As: Treatment Plan Program, Wellness Programs, Regain Program and Internal Segmentation in context with external factors such as demand levels, political and technological breakthrough that may change the potential sales of our services; whether done by market research, specialty analysis, following up through giving high quality of service management and Offer Management in order to reach our Patients’ Expectations.
