  • 1.1 Develop and use all Medical Knowledge in consultation and awareness Process while assuring using all relevant sources of data such as:
  • Medical Frameworks Submitted and Sent From Medical Audit.
  • Specialized doctors documented with their medical Concerns and Specialty recommendations.
  •  Marketing Team Recommendations to refer which leads will be matched and to which Specialty to offers for booking. 
  • Medical Frameworks, Pathways and CPGs submitted and sent from Clinical Governance.
  •  Medical Guidance from Operation Directors Based for Each Business Units.
  •  CRM Microsoft Dynamics and Personal Medical Knowledge.
  • 1.2 Assure Giving patients the write medical Advices through continuous revision for every patient’s profile to start conducting calls and give customized medical recommendations for each case according to Medical Protocols and Pathways.
  • 1.3 Acts as the focal point for the success of Medical CRM strategies, by Supporting consultation and awareness processes and Conducting Patients’ Outbound calls through:
  • 1.3.1 Executing consultation and awareness daily Injection plans.
  • 1.3.2 Working on numbers of outbound calls will be achieved within specialty based and programs based plans.
  • 1.3.3 Fully aware of CPGs-based programs within different specialties to facilitate any Patients’ referrals.
  • 1.3.4 Use alternative methods and techniques capable of facilitating treatment plans objectives.
  • 1.3.5 Enhance Medical Consultation process which is supporting Marketing campaigns goals.
  • 1.4 Operate with a high Medical service knowledge while Providing service support to Patients within different programs executed

Education :

Bachelor degree in any discipline faculty of medicine, pharmacy, vet, etc.


Experience :

0-1 years of experience in call center in medical industry or in the same position.

  • Remote Case Management Specialist is responsible for assuring the treatment plan in the right track and right CPG while communication with patients directly to facilitate booking process and answering of medical Concerns, inquiries throughout full medical consultation and awareness in different specialties.
