Responsibilities

Market Research Manager

  • support and deliver insights and recommendations to stakeholders from primary and secondary research and initiatives based on customer and market analysis that improve the identification of new business development opportunities and competitive benchmarking that positively impacts on business revenue additional to help us stay competitive and make decisions

Requirments

Education : •Medical background is preferred

Years of Experience : 5 years of experience in Marketing related functions that includes market research, agency background is preferable  

•Marketing diploma/ market research or statistical analysis is preferred 

Egypt-KSA

  • Planning to identify the problem and understand business objectives to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Monitoring the progress of research projects and problem has been resolved or not
  • Satisfying customers' needs and survey customer preferences by adding new services or technology they request.
  • Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices such as adding new service or technology. Provide plenty of opportunities to use innovative methodologies to solve problems creatively.
  •  Analyzing data including surveys, interviews and focus group assessments to identify patterns, solutions and potential services improving research outcomes and increasing competitiveness. 
  • Undertake benchmarking and competitor analysis to determine industry best practice.
  •  Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing, business models, sales and methods of operation.
