Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Supervisor

Digital marketing supervisor shall be an assist for the manager in handling the workflow of the whole unit whether the social media, Visiting Doctors, medical team and Andalusia Health Conference. He/ She will provide support for all the agents in his team and align with the managers in BUs to make sure the goals set are achieved without any delays and with the quality desired.

•Be part of creating the monthly /quarterly plan for his/her unit with clear timeframe for campaigns intended to achieve the goals, approved from higher level managers and cascaded to each agent with the expected outcome from each individual.

•Identify targeted segments for each campaign planned whether on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google, etc

.•Identify targeted segments for each campaign planned

.•Identify trends and insights used by other businesses worldwide to reach the maximum reach.

•Contribute in promotion strategy, balancing firm objectives with customer engagement.

Education:

Bachelor's degree:(Mass communication ,Marketing ,business administration )

Experience:

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in digital

marketing and web technologies

Platform social media (Facebook ads, Instagram , Twitter, Google )

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist or Supervisor; 

managing a team.

Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.

Certificates :

Facebook blueprint.

Twitter flight school.

Google ads valid certificate.




•Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives,

creating and communicating marketing targets / briefs

•Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns,

and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).•

Main responsible for the MTD performance report gathered by the unit agents sent to Egypt Digital Marketing Manager weekly.

•Support the superior managers with analysis and reports gathered from his team regarding their performance, activities and as requested by the superior manager

.•Manage the execution of all digital marketing campaigns & database on social media.

•Evaluate the performance of the unit agents according to agreed targets and KPIs

.•Guide agents in the execution of each campaign as much needed. 

•Make sure the Ads strategy per channel set are achieved in every campaign

.•Coordinate with OPD Managers –ER Managers –Medical Directors directly for campaigns assessment and client analysis for perfect segmentation in activities.

•Coordinate with Corporate and Medical Marketing Teams for covering their events on social media

.•Coordinate with Visiting Doctors Team for creating Google Ads and social media Ads for the doctors

.•Coordinate with Medical Tourism Team for targeting foreigner patients by social media Ads.

•Coordinate with Content Management Team and Creative Team (cheerful) for finalizing the visual and texts for their Ads

.•Coordinate with the financial department for collecting the budget from the business units.
