Responsibilities

Medical Sales Supervisor

  • Medical Sales Supervisor is in charge of overseeing IM specialty for Medical tourism sales activities and Identify sales opportunities, generate leads, and target potential clients
  • Set and implement a sales plan for all types of accounts to maintain and enhance the revenue achievements.
  • Monitor medical sales team's performance and report to Medical Sales Manager.
  • Review them regularly and on quarterly basis to take corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure utilization of MT IM clinics.
  • Ensure Target volume Referrals to IM help Andalusia meet its operational goals, setting sales reports, activities. As well providing Sales guidance and support for handling any market challenges
  • identify medical sales opportunities in the international marketing to Market access manager MEAF

Requirments

Education : Bachelor's degree: (Pharmacy or Dental).

Sales or marketing diploma



Years of Experience :

•Up to 3 years’ experience in medical sales function
