He /She Responsible for facilitating fund acquisition by searching for funding opportunities from debt, equity (and/or) internal operations, studying & analyzing these opportunities and conduct financial modeling to provide guidance regarding investment portfolios.
Also, He /She is responsible maintaining strong relations with investment stakeholders

•Sources and reaches out new investors & banks through different channels “website, LinkedIn and direct contact by phone or mail “, recommends best investment options and represent the company in investment related meetings.
•Searching for new Acquisition opportunities while planning its cash requirements and cash position through analysis of budgetary needs and financial reports
.•Updates business plan with new opportunities
.•Analyzes offers and investment opportunities from cost-benefit perspective
.•Supports and contributes to recommendations of the best investment mix (Debt, Equity and Internal Operations) with the lowest possible cost and the highest possible return.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree of Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar degree.
MBA in Finance.
Experience:
(3-4) years of experience in investment, fund raising or financial advisory.
In addition to Includes at least 1 year of experience in general accounting or Financial Analysis (Financial Planning & Monitoring).
Certifications:
FMVA
CFA is a plus

•Creates complex financial models; perform commercial and financial due-diligence to support investment transactions and portfolio monitoring
•Calculates financial ratios (ROI, IRR, ROE, Payback Period, WACC, etc.…) for investment projects to support in investment decision making
•Fulfills due diligence requirements for investment Partners & Banks’.
•Drafts and finalizes NDA and NBO.
•Conducts comprehensive valuations, consolidating investment packages, and conducts investor presentations.
•Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to the fund’s investors as well as possible ad hoc analysis assigned by his manager
.•Collects financial and non-financial data from other departments like HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Quality and Engineering
.•Summarizes financial data and develop financial statements (Only if needed and in coordination with finance).
