Requirments

Education : Accredited degrees in HR, Organizational Development, Training or related field.

Years of Experience : 5 years of experience in HR-related functions that includes management/leadership development, training and talent review.

•Experience and understanding of talent management tools and processes such as 9 box grid, performance management and succession planning.

  • Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy by defining targets, developing a work plan, and crafting organizational communication
  • Design and implement programs that promote employee career and professional development and increase overall effectiveness in individual roles and responsibilities
  • Identify appropriate resources and/or implement key initiatives that strengthen workplace culture
  • Design and facilitate workshops/coaching programs targeting key interventions for individual departments and employee groups as needed.
  • Partner with BD HR Business team and execute leadership & technical training/assessment.
